The Naklis company currently operates in the field of heritage on the following sites :

- In Orange in the Vaucluse on the site of the Antique Theater. UNESCO-listed monument, the Ancient Theater built during the reign of Augustus in the I century by the veterans of the Legion II of Julius Caesar, is one of the best preserved Roman theaters in the world. The purpose of the work is to restore cladding and secure the site. The work breaks down into 8 sections until 2023.

Naklis already intervenes on site with the manufacture and installation of anti volatile protections in copper wire mesh. The next interventions will be the complete replacement of the removable stands (approximately 1000 seats), the fabrication and installation of a metal footbridge, the restoration of the theater access grilles and the replacement of the guardrails of the bleachers. restoration. The Master of Works is represented by the City of Orange and that of Work by study "Architecture and Heritage" and Mr Renzo Wieder Architect DESTD.

We are very proud to have been chosen for this long adventure on one of the most beautiful monuments in the world.
- In Lyon for the Town Hall Place des Terreaux. We intervened in the context of the market relating to the "Restoration of the Grand Portal and the Creation of a Grid". The design, manufacture and installation of the grid were carried out under the supervision of Mr. Ludovic Jal Billet, Architect DPLG and Architect of the Patrimoine, the project management was represented by the City of Lyon.

The realization of the grid was very complex given the history of the town hall. Indeed, no grid was ever provided at this location. The composition of the facade is due to the architect Simon Maupin, in the 1640s, modified in 1700 by Jules Hardouin-Mansart, first architect of the king. It is therefore a major work. The installation of the grid was carried out with a certain discretion so as not to be detrimental to the aesthetic quality of the whole. The choice of a simple design has become necessary because it is a creation, not a restitution. It thus adopts a principle conforming to the gates of the late seventeenth and eighteenth century, without ostentation but on the scale of the edifice. The principle of this grid is that each of the two doors is made in three leaves, two of which are foldable in order to conceal the main grids behind the columns.

The entire Naklis team was very proud to design, build and assemble this grid which once again reinforces the passion of our profession.
